Ubuntu runs on Eukréa 's development kit based on the i.MX515 CPU from Freescale. The screen is driven through DVI interface with a resolution of 1280x1024 in 24 bits. A keyboard and a mouse are connected to the USB hub. The picture shows Firefox, Gimp and shell running.
Eukréa has finished the validation of our CPUIMX515 SOM and its development kit. Two of our customers are already working on the first prototypes. The final release of the development kit will be available in december with a full BSP including u-boot and Linux 2.6 kernel.
